Job Description:

At AMARE ET SERVIRE, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for preparing, submitting, routing, and filing Warehouse documents and records assigned to you. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit Warehouse documents and records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Routinely check the recording system for accuracy and completeness.
  • Retrieve data and information as required by the system.
  • Pick customer orders efficiently using the system.
  • Facilitate internal customer requests and document accordingly.
  • Receive and disseminate export special instructions from marketing and process necessary documentations.
  • Maintain computers and printers in proper working order and request repairs or updates as needed.
  • Ensure all electronic documents have backup files.
  • Secure all files.
  • Manage stock inventory of office supplies.
  • Perform tasks according to prescribed procedures and instructions.
