Workday Implementation Expert

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our Workday implementation efforts, providing strategic leadership from solution design to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will partner with pursuit teams to develop expert solutions guidance, contributing to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and overall solution strategy.

This role requires strong Workday product knowledge, deep implementation expertise, and experience with other ERP systems across various industries. You will lead the end-to-end functional solution design across the full project lifecycle, ensuring that proposed Workday solutions are scalable, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with client goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, Data, Reporting, and Change Management.
  • Providing quality assurance oversight and thought leadership on in-flight implementations.
  • Driving and facilitating key client sessions, including Architect Workshops and Confirmation Sessions.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members by providing coaching and facilitating skills development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of actual implementation experience.
  • Strong Workday implementation experience and end-to-end implementation experience with HR, Financial, or Student Information Systems required.
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environments and effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to executive staff and sponsors.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally based on business needs.
