AI Engineer Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology that powers our intelligent credit risk and collections systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for building production-grade AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows and conventional machine learning techniques.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with a range of tools and technologies, including Python, LangGraph, LangChain, Pydantic AI, and scikit-learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing AI models that blend LLMs with conventional machine learning to power next-generation credit-risk, early-warning, and digital collections capabilities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered features that drive real-world impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field (Master's or Ph.D. a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with CI/CD and observability using Git-based automation and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerized deployment with Docker/Kubernetes.
General Skills:
  • Curious and inventive spirit; motivated to explore emerging techniques and translate ideas into working systems.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written); clear communicator able to convey complex models into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
