Programme Management Role

This role involves managing large and complex programmes across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the implementation of programme delivery aligns with our control and governance framework
  • Prepare, manage, and track quality of key programme management artefacts such as epics on ADO, risks and issues, dependency mapping, budget and forecast, programme plan, and initiative plans
  • Store all project deliverables, artefacts, and approvals in a structured format for future recovery and audit
  • Review, control, and report on the financial status of individual workstreams and overall programmes according to our standards and workstream governance
  • Support performance/benefits reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in PMO roles within large and complex multi-geography, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • PMP or certified scrum master/certified product owner certification is advantageous
  • A strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in achieving organisational goals
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
