Job Description

The role of Costing Operations Leader involves providing guidance and leadership to team members to achieve business outcomes through effective communication, problem-solving, and efficient process execution.

The successful candidate will lead the team in implementing and executing processes to achieve productivity, timeliness, and quality success measures and enable business growth.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and assessing teams' operational methods and processes, proposing ways to improve them, and reporting to a senior operations manager.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree and relevant working experience in a leadership capacity.

Experience in shared services, logistics, or freight forwarding is preferred, as well as strong customer service skills and above-average English proficiency.

Candidates should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a passion for service excellence and ability to adopt/adapt information technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
