We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives from end to end.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across all channels.
    • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Set KPIs, track results, and iterate rapidly to maximise ROI.
    • Present ideas and plans confidently to stakeholders.
    • Be prepared to lead and mentor additional marketing hires in future as the business scales.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Run paid ad campaigns from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.
    • Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
    • Monitor performance and continuously improve creative and targeting.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.).
    • Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to gather and interpret data.
    • Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality content.
    • Manage and repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach and impact.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be highly autonomous, and be able to strategise, innovate, and execute with excellence.
