Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage advertising campaigns across email and SMS. The ideal candidate will have experience with ad-serving platforms, campaign management tools, and creative optimization best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing advertising campaigns, collecting creative assets, and verifying ad display functionality before launch. They will also support client creative requirements, troubleshoot issues, and document campaign setups.

  • Setting up and managing advertising campaigns across email and SMS
  • Collecting creative assets and specifications from clients
  • Capture and share screenshots of ad placements for client approval
  • Supporting client creative requirements and troubleshooting
  • Verifying ad display functionality and technical compliance before launch
  • Making basic adjustments to creative assets (e.g., image sizing, edits)
  • Documenting campaign setups with screenshots and proper records
Requirements
  • 2+ years of post-college experience managing advertising campaigns, creative, and ad trafficking systems
  • Proficiency with ad-serving platforms and campaign management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for creative assets and push notifications
  • Experience with screenshots, image adjustments, and mock-up creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to follow documented processes
  • Strong collaboration and follow-through skills across teams
