About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our team at Outforce, driving innovation and growth through advanced HubSpot configurations and automation strategies.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in HubSpot to create cutting-edge solutions that elevate our players' experiences and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement advanced HubSpot configurations to improve data quality and automate key processes.
  2. Design and deploy sophisticated automated workflows for player onboarding, re-engagement, and VIP nurturing, ensuring maximum ROI.
  3. Create trigger-based email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and deposits, using A/B testing and segmentation to maximise results.
  4. Develop lead scoring models to identify high-value players and inform targeted marketing efforts.
  5. Automate personalised offers and promotions based on player behaviour, promoting loyalty and advocacy.
  6. Set up and manage dynamic lists and lifecycle stages to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  7. Develop custom dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as player retention, deposit frequency, and campaign ROI.
  8. Monitor and analyse data to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  9. Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other platforms, such as payment gateways and SMS providers.
  10. Collaborate with development teams to enhance API connections and automation capabilities.
  11. Educate internal teams on HubSpot best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a HubSpot Solutions Architect or similar role, with a deep understanding of HubSpot tools and workflows.
  2. Advanced knowledge of CRM data management and automation strategies, including lead scoring and dynamic content.
  3. Familiarity with HubSpot integrations and third-party automation tools, such as Zapier or API connections.
  4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  6. HubSpot certifications are preferred but not required.
