About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain advanced HubSpot CRM configurations for optimal data accuracy and segmentation.
  2. Create sophisticated automated workflows for player onboarding, re-engagement, and VIP nurturing, ensuring high conversion rates.
  3. Implement trigger-based email and SMS sequences to drive engagement and deposits, utilising A/B testing for maximum impact.
  4. Design lead scoring models to identify high-value players and prioritise targeted marketing efforts.
  5. Automate personalised offers and promotions based on player behaviour, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
  6. Set up and manage dynamic lists and lifecycle stages to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  7. Develop custom dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as player retention, deposit frequency, and campaign ROI.
  8. Monitor and analyse data to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  9. Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other platforms, such as payment gateways and SMS providers.
  10. Collaborate with development teams to enhance API connections and automation capabilities.
  11. Educate internal teams on HubSpot best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of HubSpot tools and workflows.
  2. Advanced knowledge of CRM data management and automation strategies, including lead scoring and dynamic content.
  3. Familiarity with HubSpot integrations and third-party automation tools, such as Zapier or API connections.
  4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  6. HubSpot certifications are preferred but not required.
