Job Opportunity

RingCentral is seeking a Professional Services Contact Center Engineer to drive the implementation of our contact center solutions. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines for seamless execution.
  • Deliver quality service to customers by effectively implementing proposed solutions.
  • Assess solution specifications against customer requirements and recommend optimized designs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure status reporting and issue escalation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and exercise sound judgment in challenging situations.
  • Prioritize responsibilities and deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, C Sharp, HTML, and relevant call center technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position with Contact Center industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
