This is a key position for a dynamic organization, requiring a seasoned leader to manage consolidated financials, coordinate with subsidiary controllers, and support rapid expansion through acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial statements across multiple entities.
  • Partner with operating company controllers to close monthly books efficiently.
  • Oversee holding company accounting functions, including payroll and accounts payable management.
  • Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop scalable accounting policies and processes for a fast-growing business.
Requirements
  • CPA designation is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is essential.
  • A self-motivated individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving policies.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles, preferably with exposure to M&A and consolidation.
  • Multi-entity financial reporting experience in fast-paced growth environments.
  • Background in acquisitive companies is highly valued.
