System Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Install, configure and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers — Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams
    • Install, configure and maintain Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software and hardware
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
    • Manage network servers and technology tools
    • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software and hardware
    • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures
    • Manage user accounts and access permissions
    • Provide technical support and guidance to users
    • Document system configurations, procedures and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams admin portals is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management and security
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
