Backend Engineering Role

This is a remote position where you will work collaboratively with senior engineers to ensure high-quality code and drive project success.

  • Mentor junior developers in best practices for backend development and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Contribute to our continuous enhancement process by engaging in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with test automation engineers to develop robust testing frameworks and ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
  • 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend applications.
  • Expert proficiency in TypeScript, specifically in the Node.js ecosystem, and advanced knowledge of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience with GraphQL.
  • Strong skills in working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Excellent grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and system design concepts.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.
