About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and rapport through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance their experience and loyalty.
  • Manage multiple accounts with precision, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to meet client expectations and achieve business objectives.
  • Effectively handle client issues, resolving them efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews, showcasing your analytical and presentation skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service is preferred, although varying by company.
