As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project scope is well defined and tracked. This involves gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating business solutions, and facilitating meetings to elicit requirements from stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Self-starter who can collaborate with the team and client
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document requirements for IT systems, enhancements, and features
  • Evaluate existing business solutions and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
  • Facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from stakeholders
  • Write business requirements documents and business process documents
  • Defect management and test case creation
  • Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in business analysis in software engineering or software testing
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla
  • Good understanding of project lifecycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies
