Fitness Operations Director

At Anytime Fitness Superstars, we seek a strategic leader who can oversee and enhance the operations of our fitness clubs. This role demands a strategic leader who can set ambitious targets, streamline processes, and implement automation systems that drive efficiency and excellence across all locations.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to meet and exceed performance targets across multiple clubs. Ensure alignment with company goals and vision.
• Performance Management: Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for each club. Implement best practices to drive growth and profitability.
• Systems Development: Design and implement systems and processes to automate and enhance club operations, including member management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate club managers and staff. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and exceptional service.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, staff, and external partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the fitness industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations.
• Strong track record of achieving targets and driving operational excellence.
• Expertise in creating and implementing automated systems and processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
