We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our Ace Hardware Phils., Inc. store in achieving exceptional customer service, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing retail teams and driving business results through strategic planning and execution.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, including stock management, sales performance, and employee supervision.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Performance

Achieve financial objectives by monitoring daily sales targets, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions to drive revenue growth.

Inventory Management

Determine team strategies to reach sales targets by reviewing inventory movement and product category analysis.

Customer Focus

Establish relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Maintaining Operational Efficiency

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock ordering, reordering, transferring, and effective supervision of store transactions.

Salary: PHP 120,000 - 180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
