About the Role
The Senior Operations Director will oversee the overall strategy and direction of club operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to meet and exceed performance targets across multiple clubs.
• Performance Management: Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for each club. Implement best practices to drive growth and profitability.
• Systems Development: Design and implement systems and processes to automate and enhance club operations, including member management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate club managers and staff. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and exceptional service.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, staff, and external partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the fitness industry, preferably as an Operations Manager or similar role. The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in creating and implementing automated systems and processes.
• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and drive operational excellence.
• Experience in setting and achieving targets, and driving business growth and profitability.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
