Job Opportunity: Workspace Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Workspace Designer. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your creativity and technical skills to develop innovative workspace solutions that meet the needs of our clients.


About the Role:
  • As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional workspace designs using CET Designer and AutoCAD.
  • You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure that our workspace solutions meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop workspace solutions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, taking into account their goals, budget, and project requirements.
  • Create accurate project drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations that showcase your expertise and attention to detail.
  • Select and present finishes, furniture options, and material palettes that are aligned with our company's brand and aesthetic.
  • Review architectural plans, conduct code analyses, and incorporate building site conditions into your workspace designs.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in CET Designer, AutoCAD, Project Spec, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial furniture, workspace design, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Familiarity with ADA codes, ergonomics, LEED, WELL Building standards, and technology integration in commercial interiors.
