Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team.

As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the overall FM functions in a 24/7 operation BPO site. This includes achieving excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensuring energy conservation practices.You will also manage M&E scope of projects to ensure quality and deliverables within stipulated timeframes. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services with a focus on continuous improvement.Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets must be achieved for the client, and financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager must be met.A high level of Client Satisfaction is essential.\Required Skills and Qualifications\

  • \Knowledge of FM functions and regulations\
  • \Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software\
  • \Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field\
  • \Minimum 3 years experience in FM or related field\\
