Property Portfolio Coordinator

We seek a meticulous and organized Property Portfolio Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering, organizing, and maintaining accurate property data and documentation.

The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, verify, and maintain accurate property information and records
  • Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using Google Forms and Docs
  • Track rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals
  • Maintain organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations
  • Support property marketing and tenant onboarding processes

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in property management and be comfortable working with a time tracker. Good communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
