Chief Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and oversee the daily operations of our accounting department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with significant experience in using financial software.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Accounting Operations:
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Oversee and manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes using financial software.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
- Proficiency in financial software is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
