Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Maintain open communication, lead and mentor teams, develop collaborative work cultures, and create specialized career paths.
  • Tech Skills: 15+ years of deep experience in cloud technologies, IoT, AI, and emerging technologies, including knowledge of Java, Spring boot, Apache, Flink/Cloud Flow, Apache Kafka, Hibernate.
  • Domain Knowledge: Database management with Dynamo DB, Cassandra, MySQL, Mongo DB; Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); Containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Experience working with microservices, API gateways, event-driven architectures, streaming data, and designing APIs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field with 15+ years of experience.
