About the Role
Drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative data-driven marketing strategies as a Growth Marketing Specialist. This role requires expertise across organic and paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Advertising Campaigns: Develop audience segmentation strategies, creative testing, and conversion optimization for paid ad campaigns across platforms.
- Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Build and manage affiliate marketing programs, identifying influencers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns using both inbound and outbound strategies. Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.
- Community Management: Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty.
- Programmatic Advertising: Plan and manage programmatic display, video, and native ad campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using data to inform testing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer partnerships.
- Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced team.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Certification in Google Ads or similar.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, SEMrush, or Sprout Social.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer partnerships.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
