Product Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team at Kitsch. As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth product development lifecycle, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing financial data to ensure profitable partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers, including all direct communication, sample sourcing, pricing negotiation, and timeline management to ensure suppliers meet all required deadlines.
  • Conduct financial analyses for new & ongoing products, including cost and margin analysis, using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product requirements and ensure that activities align with product development timelines and budgets.
  • Sourcing new suppliers to meet business needs, including researching and evaluating potential suppliers for new or existing projects.
  • Manage timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all new products launched per season.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Document and track all internal documents for accuracy and efficiency.

About You:

  • Experience in Product Development with a strong understanding of Product Development processes and requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Financial Analysis and Data Analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders.
