Key Responsibilities
  • Represent company values and culture, ensuring processes align at all times.
  • Communicate and uphold company standards while protecting the company's interests.
  • Plan proactively to ensure zero downtime in operations.
  • Provide top-notch customer service for IT and management requests.
  • Continuously improve IT knowledge through training and development.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the IT knowledge base.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and team members.
  • Maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Manage and follow up on open tickets, ensuring proper response and resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the manager.
  • Evaluate current and upcoming hardware and software standards.
  • Participate in IT projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
  • You have 1–3 years of IT experience, preferably in a customer-facing or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems is essential.
  • Understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting is required.
  • Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls is preferred.
  • Familiarity with remote connectivity issues is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting Macs is an asset.
  • Knowledge of routers and firewalls is desirable.
  • Skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting are advantageous.
