Treasury Supervisor

Are you an expert in financial management looking for a challenging role? We have the perfect opportunity for you. As a Treasury Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing cash and treasury functions to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify pre-qualified accounts for CTS/SOR prior to availing, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Handle account reviews and transaction documentation during actual availing, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Confirm accuracy of computations on assignment, interest rebate on settlement, and knock-off accounts, ensuring data integrity.
  • Supervise after-availment activities and monitoring, including updating accounts' diary tracking in SAP and updating monitoring files, optimizing workflow efficiency.
  • Check weekly projection reports prior to submission to immediate head for review and section head's approval, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting as needed by immediate head in relation to SOR balances and rescission, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and submit required documents during application for new CTS facility and its renewal through coordination with other departments, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Supervise Treasury Assistants on all CTS-related transactions and reporting, ensuring proper execution according to set turnaround times and established procedures, promoting teamwork and quality control.
  • Maintain regular communication with creditor banks on CTS-related matters and concerns, coordinating with internal stakeholders for business continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field, demonstrating strong academic foundation.
  • At least three years of experience in Finance or Treasury, preferably in a similar capacity, showcasing expertise and leadership skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft applications; SAP exposure is an advantage, highlighting technical proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with effective communication skills across different levels of the organization, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication, with good presentation skills, enhancing professional image.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with analytical and numerical abilities, driving strategic growth.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City from Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
