We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of paid social campaigns to drive customer acquisition and reactivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from start to finish.">
  • Use data to analyze performance drivers and optimize channel ROI.">
  • Oversee campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis - a hands-on role building and optimizing campaigns.">
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.">
  • Report on campaign KPIs to stakeholders.">
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance (targeting, optimization, creative direction).">
  • Nurture relationships with paid social partners to boost performance growth.">
  • Support project management to meet deadlines.">
  • Manage external partners and contractors for maximum performance.">
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B split tests across paid social channels.">
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team to oversee and launch paid social creatives.">

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of efficient growth through understanding paid social and performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV).">
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.">
  • Strong communications and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.">
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.">
  • A process-improvement mindset to enhance efficiency.">
  • A curiosity to understand what's happening and why.">
  • Obsessed with growth and building things while being willing to get your hands dirty.">
  • Familiar with the fast-paced startup environment.">
  • A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities, with a natural hustler attitude.">
  • At least 3 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side or at a performance marketing agency.">
  • Proficient in Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc).">
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web and app tracking setup and troubleshooting.">
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.">
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to optimize day-to-day performance.">
  • Strong organisational skills and project management ability.">
