About the Job

This role is for a Paid Social Associate who will manage paid social campaigns from start to finish.

  • Execute paid social campaigns to completion across major paid social channels.
  • Analyze performance drivers using data to optimize channel ROI.
  • Be responsible for campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Paid Social team to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Work with project management tools to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments across paid social channels.

About You

You should have a track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics.

  • Experience running large growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strong communication and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A curiosity to understand why things happen.
  • Obsessed with growth and building things while not being afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical startup environment.
  • A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities.
