Digital Marketing Expert - Support Role

This is a flexible, business-rostered shift that requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

We're looking for an expert who can troubleshoot issues in digital marketing tools like Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, and more.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles, with a strong understanding of project management tools, SEO platforms, and website builders.

  • Answering real-time queries from Doers via internal chat
  • Troubleshooting tool-based issues using technical expertise
  • Assisting in Founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Creating how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps
  • Collaborating with teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 digital marketing tools
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding
  • Knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders
