Relationship Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Develop credit facilities that meet the needs of clients and prepare corresponding proposals.
  • Regularly review client portfolios to ensure credit quality.
  • Conduct regular client calls and site visits to foster strong relationships and stay informed about client needs.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all loan accounts.
  • Supervise account coordinators to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing, as well as adherence to bank and regulatory policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience working with corporate clients is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior clients and internal partners.
  • Strong analytical skills.
