High-Level Customer Experience Specialist

GrowthAssistant is seeking a high-level Customer Experience Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported, guided, and valued throughout their journey. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing empathetic, thoughtful, and personalized assistance through email and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, communicate, and respond to our customers via email and chat.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide them with appropriate personalized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to couples, providing guidance, best practices, and recommendations to maximize their experience with our products/services (while collaborating with our research, product, and logistics teams).
  • Build strong relationships with couples by providing trust, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions precisely.
  • Experience as a concierge or in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
