Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Content Manager to oversee the creation, organization, and distribution of digital content across client accounts. This role is critical in ensuring our content meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.


This position requires strong proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive. The ideal candidate will have experience working with content management systems and tracking tools.



Main Responsibilities
  • Digital Content Organization: Uploading, tagging, and categorizing digital content for optimal access and retrieval.
  • Folding Structure Maintenance: Ensuring folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Content Script Creation: Developing script templates to maintain tone consistency across all content channels.
  • Content Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals.
  • Quality Review: Conducting thorough reviews of content for quality and flagging inconsistencies.
  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate databases and trackers for team coordination and workflow optimization.
  • Status Updates: Providing timely updates and task status via internal tools.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
