The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and overseeing service level agreement (SLA) compliance of third-party agencies on Inventory and Merchandising Specialist (IMS) hiring, deployment and coverage and billings.
  • Coordinating with the third-party management on capability building programs and initiatives. Coordinating and aligning with Key Customer Executives on customer operations requirements.
  • Coordinating and aligning with Outbound Logistics and Customer Experience on delivery standard operating procedures and schedules of customer outlets.
  • Coordinating and aligning with Cabinet Management Unit (CMU) team on cabinet deployment and management.
  • Contact strategy and builds business relationships with customer Regional Business Unit Leads and Store Managers.

This role also involves leading in execution of local and national promotions and merchandising in their assigned area. This includes responsible for cascade/download and execution of promo and merch activities aligned to Trade Execution Plan (TEP). Additionally, responsible for customer and area compliance to Perfect Store metrics (Assortment/OSA, NPD, SOS, Visibility and Merchandising standards).

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage. A strong network and influencing ability, as well as a brilliant execution and communication skillset, are essential for success in this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of Third-Party Agency
  • Responsible for the top line operations management of their third-party agency.
  • Ensures competent and optimal manpower capability of the third-party agency to carry out the service level agreement and/or terms of service.
Area Business and Operations Development and Execution
  • Responsible for on-time and in-full execution of agreed trade and category operating plans.
  • Ensures optimal and efficient business operations, and coverage of new and existing outlets.
  • Acts as local point of contact and consultant in the area in giving feedback and developing activities suited for the area/customers.
  • Uses qualitative and quantitative data to address opportunities and build capability of partners to develop the area.
Cross-Functional / Network Management
  • Effectively engages cross-functional leads in the area for effective business partnering and to deliver desired results.
