Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airline passengers at Cauayan Airport. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless travel experience for our guests by resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Attending pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings to stay informed about flight schedules and any potential disruptions
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of check-in counters and gates at all times
• Responding to guests' inquiries and providing aid and solutions based on company policies and procedures
• Handling flight disruption-related issues within authorized parameters and escalating issues beyond authority to station management
• Generating ancillary reports and recording irregularities
• Preparing documents and endorsing special handling guests to designated personnel
• Preparing sales reports and handling cash collections/sales for safekeeping and bank remittances
• Remaining at the airport for at least thirty minutes after dispatching the last flight for the day as a precaution in case the flight returns
• Performing other tasks as assigned by immediate superior
• Ensuring availability of check-in paraphernalia at least fifteen minutes before counters are opened and reporting any inoperative facilities to the concerned
• Reviewing pre-flight documents such as PNL, SSR, and onward connections for appropriate handling preparations
• Performing basic check-in functions such as guest profiling, checking travel documents for international flights, attending to special handling cases at the check-in counters, acceptance and collection of applicable fees for check-in baggage, and processing/issuance of boarding passes
• Ensuring availability of boarding gate materials prior to start of duty
• Verifying guests' flight details prior to boarding and checking hand-carried bags for size/weight restrictions

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Hospitality Management/Tourism
• Preferably with work experience in a Customer Service environment
• Service-oriented with above-average communication skills
