Countersales Specialist

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or graduates of TESDA or Vocational-related courses such as Automotive and Electro-Mechanical Technology
• Experience in industrial or automotive sales is an advantage
• Willing to be trained
• Excellent marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do field sales work
• With valid Driver's license is an advantage
• Can start ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and targeting potential industrial clients to generate new business opportunities.

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing industrial clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Understanding the unique needs and requirements of industrial clients and providing tailored solutions.

4. Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth in the industrial sector.

5. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics specific to the industrial market.

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to industrial clients.

7. Delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to industrial clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the products or services.

8. Negotiating and closing sales deals with industrial clients, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.

9. Providing post-sales support and addressing technical inquiries or concerns from industrial clients.

10. Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and technological advancements to effectively communicate the value proposition to industrial clients.
