Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day transactions within defined IFRS standards and operating procedures.
  • Perform monthly period-end closing activities.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Execute monthly GRC control self-assessments.
  • Assist in monthly tax preparation.
  • Prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting to reporting execution deliverables for the region.
  • Ensure reconciliations and explanations are being done, highlighted, and provided for center requirements.
  • Ensure analysis is done and requirements are provided to the Tax Team for internal and external review.
  • Ensure Transfer Pricing studies are being concluded and provided as per timeline and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that external audit is completed per internal deadline and prior to CIT filing.
  • Participate and involve in ATR automations and projects to drive process efficiencies.
  • Analyze financial trends and reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support stakeholders in day-to-day activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • SAP knowledge or Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion of a very high level are expected.
  • Capable of meeting very strict deadlines and flexible to work in a team environment.
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated, proactive and resourceful.
  • Able to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment and to perform in highly interruptive conditions to meet time pressures/deadlines.
  • Willing to take on stretched goals, and to go above and beyond for urgent work requirements.
