User Acquisition Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive mobile user growth and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across various platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize spend, improve ROI, and increase user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve user acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads with significant budgets.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first or gaming environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and Singular.
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Data-informed mindset and ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
