This role is critical in scaling mobile user growth for our apps. The individual will work closely with the Director of Growth & UA to develop and execute paid campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns
  • Track performance, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS)
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Analyze and report campaign performance to the growth team to uncover actionable insights and optimizations
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies

A deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry is required to create targeted and effective advertising content that resonates with gamers and enhances brand engagement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth through data-driven decision making and innovative marketing strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive user acquisition strategy that drives growth and revenue for our apps.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven solutions to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and growth strategies, as well as experience working with paid media channels such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.
