Performance-Driven Creative Strategist

As a senior creative strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction for paid media clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct market research to fuel innovative creative ideas and ensure relevance.
  • Translate insights into clear, inspiring creative briefs and strategic direction for designers and content creators.

You will collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and editors to bring creative ideas to life—ensuring assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with performance goals.

Taking the lead in exploring and implementing AI tools within the creative strategy workflow, you will test new platforms, identify automation opportunities, and support the team in integrating tools that improve efficiency and elevate creative output.

As a forward-thinking creative strategist, you will also contribute to shaping the evolving role of creative strategy within our performance team, helping us define standards, processes, and ways of working across accounts.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing).
  • A deep understanding of the role of creative in driving performance across paid platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction.
  • Confidence in writing compelling briefs, organizing timelines, and managing multiple projects within a creative team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to give and gather the right information at the right time.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts—you can spot what's working and know how to build on it.
  • Familiarity with user-generated content-style campaigns, ad remixing, and working with freelancers or content creators is an asset.
