Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our creative team in delivering outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and overseeing the lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves acting as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration within the team.

The ideal candidate will also identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track, organizing and assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.

We are looking for a highly organized and influential individual who can excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and streamline workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Crucial proficiency in ClickUp, with knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion being beneficial.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, experienced in working with remote teams and understanding their unique dynamics.
