Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing and issuing materials, equipment and other items from the warehouse.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask with ease.


Duties and Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, storing and issuing materials, equipment and other items from the warehouse
  • Keeping inventory and stock records accurate
  • Processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments between internal and external parties
  • Updating the MRP system from time to time as items move
  • Performing shipping of finished goods from palletizing, wrapping and loading to the truck using a forklift and pallet jack lift
  • Coordinating with various teams for any issues encountered or clarification

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to perform general administration duties such as email communication with internal and external parties, preparing non-conformity reports and coordinating corrective actions.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to use a variety of software and/or equipment
  • NC II certificate

You will also need to be physically able to handle packed items orders while following set procedures in warehousing and shipping customer orders in a timely manner.
