Warehouse Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment from the warehouse.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and update the MRP system as necessary.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, Storage, and Issuance of Materials: Receive, store, and issue materials and equipment from the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure accuracy.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Process all incoming and outgoing shipments between internal and external parties.
  • MRP System Updates: Update the MRP system as items move.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with various teams for any issues encountered or clarification.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties assigned within the warehouse premises.
Administration Tasks
  • Email Communication: Communicate via email with internal and external parties.
  • Non-Conformity Reports: Prepare non-conformity reports for wrong received deliveries and outbound shipments, coordinate with concerned parties for corrective action.
  • Online Consignment Booking: Book online consignments.
  • Telephone Booking and Communication: Book telephone communications internally and externally.
  • Document Scanning and Archiving: Scan and archive receiving and shipping documents.
  • Reporting and Data Manipulation: Run related reports and manipulate data.
  • General Administration: Perform general administration and filing tasks.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as required.
Work Environment
  • Work Environment: Work under limited supervision, performing routine manual and administrative duties to fulfill customer orders.
  • Physical Handling: Physically handle packed items while following set procedures in warehousing and shipping customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Software and Equipment Skills: Use a variety of software and/or equipment to perform duties.
  • MS Office Knowledge: Knowledgeable in using MS office.
  • Certification Requirements: Must have NC II certificate.
