Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, equipment, and other items from the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from the warehouse in a timely and organized manner.
  • Keep accurate inventory records and ensure their accuracy at all times.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing shipments between internal and external parties with precision and care.
  • Update the MRP system regularly as items move through the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with various teams to resolve any issues encountered or clarify any doubts.
  • Perform shipping tasks, including palletizing, wrapping, and loading finished goods onto trucks using a forklift and pallet jack lift.
  • Carry out general administration duties within the warehouse premises with efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Understand and follow established procedures in warehousing and shipping customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Have strong communication skills for effective email, telephone, and online consignment booking.
  • Be knowledgeable in using MS Office and have basic software skills.
  • Hold an NC II certificate.

This role involves manual labor and requires physical handling of packed items while following established procedures.
