Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team that ensures the stability and performance of large-scale blockchain infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage deployment, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive automation to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment Management: Lead the deployment, testing, and optimization of blockchain networks for high reliability and performance
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex Web3 issues, including JSON-RPC debugging and blockchain log analysis, in coordination with ecosystem partners
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions (Grafana, DataDog) to proactively detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks
  • Servicing Level Objectives (SLOs): Define and enforce SLOs and agreements (SLAs), ensuring reliable system operations
  • Automation Solutions: Implement automation solutions with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes to streamline deployments and optimize infrastructure
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Tier-1 support, infrastructure, and development teams to accelerate issue resolution and knowledge sharing
  • Rotating On-call Schedule: Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to address critical incidents and maintain uninterrupted service delivery

 

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Operations Background: 5+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
  • Linux/Unix System Administration: Strong Linux/Unix system administration background with advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Web3 Infrastructure Management: Proven expertise managing Web3 infrastructures, including node operations, validator setups, and RPC services
  • Infrastructure Automation: Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation (Helm, Terraform, Ansible, Consul), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud environments
  • Scripting/Programming Skills: Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript
  • Monitoring Tools: Advanced use of monitoring tools like Grafana and DataDog for operational insights
  • SLAs/SLOs: Experience defining and maintaining SLAs/SLOs, with knowledge of incident management tools like PagerDuty
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Self-starter: Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and adaptability to thrive in dynamic Web3 environments
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10 days per year) for conferences or team meetings
