AU Traffic Planner (Traffic Management Specialist)

Eastvantage is seeking a skilled Traffic Planner to join our team and support major infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong planning expertise, excellent communication skills in English, and proven experience working directly with project managers on complex, large-scale developments.

The selected professional will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and managing traffic management plans for large infrastructure and construction projects. They will also coordinate with project managers to align traffic planning with project timelines and deliverables, analyze and forecast traffic impacts, monitor and optimize traffic flow strategies, and prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in traffic planning, preferably within infrastructure or large-scale construction projects;
  • Strong background in handling multiple, complex jobs simultaneously;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work directly with project managers and multidisciplinary teams;
  • Knowledge of local traffic regulations, safety standards, and planning methodologies;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the AGTTM;
  • Minimum 3 years of rapid plan experience.

In addition to these essential qualifications, we are looking for professionals with preferred skills such as experience in major infrastructure projects, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines, and advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF Editors, and Outlook.
