Job Opportunity

This is a chance to contribute to the development and maintenance of blockchain networks and protocols as a DevOps Engineer.

You will play a key role in building and enhancing infrastructure, including security, automation, and monitoring. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore new blockchain protocols, run testnets, create secure and scalable infrastructure, and maintain it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure and reliable infrastructure for monitoring, detecting, and mitigating performance and security issues
  • Perform system administration tasks for Linux servers, including routine proactive management of system health, stability, and availability
  • Create and maintain system procedural and technical documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with peer-to-peer networking security best practices
  • Develop and communicate threat models and risk assessments for all systems operated
Requirements
  • Experience as a DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineer
  • Ability to program in one or more languages such as Python, GoLang, Bash, or JavaScript
  • Experience managing server infrastructures with high availability requirements
  • Designed secure networks, systems, and application architectures
  • Set up and maintained software in both data centers and cloud environments
  • Deep understanding of sockets, full networking stack, and Linux security
  • Built automation and CI/CD processes and tools
  • Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud deployment technologies
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and comfort with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite uncertainty
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of the blockchain space and blockchain technology
  • Possess knowledge of cryptography and security best practices
  • Contributions to open source communities
