Job Title: Compliance Operations Senior Analyst

Seeking an experienced professional to lead diverse security enablement projects and physical security issues within a data center.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for planning specialized site-level compliance audits and leading certification projects.
  • Develops industry knowledge of standards and conducts/leads compliance audits, builds reports, and communicates findings to management.
  • Participates in external audits to provide subject matter expertise support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site-Level Compliance Audits and Certifications:
    • Plans specialized site-level compliance audits (internal and external)
    • Leads diverse site-level compliance certification projects and identifies processes to be audited based on specific knowledge of criteria and controls
    • Develops industry knowledge of standards
    • Conducts/leads compliance audits, builds niche reports, and communicates findings and risks to management
    • Ensures any non-compliance findings are closed in a timely manner
  • Physical Security and Monitoring:
    • Monitors and supervises QISBC/EHS compliance-related training as required by the business, ensuring in-scope site personnel complete training within target dates
    • Provides oversight and support for relationships with physical security vendors
    • May be required to assist with training & ongoing monitoring of vendors
    • Assists with ensuring monthly work orders or preventative maintenance required in the physical security space are completed accordingly to global standards
  • Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in relevant field of auditing, compliance, or security
    • Experience within Data Centers highly preferred
    • Information Security, QISBC, or EHS certification preferred
    • Willingness to contribute to a collaborative workplace
