Job Overview

  • Drive the full lifecycle of designing and building scalable, high-performance data pipelines across diverse platforms and data sources.
  • Enhance data infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Perform detailed code reviews and offer feedback to uphold best practices and high coding standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or backend data systems development
  • Data Pipeline Orchestration and Workflow Management
  • Experience with Apache Airflow: Popular for scheduling and monitoring complex data pipelines.
  • Prefect: Modern orchestration tool gaining adoption.
  • Apache NiFi, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory: ETL tools for data integration and transformation
  • DataDog or similar tools for tracking and monitoring data pipelines
  • DevOps and CI/CD Tools: Docker, Git, CircleCI (or other CI/CD pipelines) for containerization, version control, and automated deployments
