Job Title: Backend Systems Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Backend Systems Specialist to join our team.

This role involves designing and implementing scalable backend systems, optimizing infrastructure as code, and working on cutting-edge cloud technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js (70%) and contributing to frontend development (30%) for technical customer interfaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform to ensure scalability, security, and automation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate financial messaging solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience in Node.js (backend-focused), with the ability to contribute to front-end development when needed.
  • Proficiency in AWS and Terraform (infrastructure as code).
  • Ambitious, curious, innovative, and a team player.
  • Fluent in English (French is a big plus).
